What counts as a "practitioner"?
Any clinician who sees patients: doctor, dentist, midwife, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist. The owning doctor is the practitioner included in the base plan.
Is the practice owner billed separately?
No. Every plan includes 1 practitioner — who can be the owning doctor themselves. A solo practice on Basic pays exactly 2 500 DZD/month, full stop.
If I deactivate a user, is the seat freed?
Yes, immediately. You can replace a team member mid-cycle without paying for both.
Why an SMS quota, not unlimited?
SMS has a real cost. We prefer a generous, transparent quota (150 or 1 000 per month depending on the plan) plus at-cost overage (5 DZD/SMS) that you switch on yourself.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades go through our team — to make sure no critical data is affected.
Are there discounts?
Yes, two: −10% for prepaid annual billing, and −15% from the 2nd practice on for the same owner (multi-site group).
