One credit is one segment, and costs 6 DZD whatever the quantity: no tiers, no arithmetic. Credits are bought up front and last 3 months. At serious volume the discount is negotiated — talk to your Uli contact.
2 GB included, then 1 000 DZD per 10 GB block.
Storage never blocks — your attachments keep saving. Beyond 50 purchased GB, blocks drop to 900 DZD (−10%).

What counts as a "practitioner"?
Any clinician who sees patients: doctor, dentist, midwife, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist. The owning doctor is the practitioner included in the base.
Is the practice owner billed separately?
No. The base includes 1 practitioner — who can be the owning doctor themselves. A solo practice pays exactly 3 000 DZD/month, full stop.
Why modules instead of tiers?
Because an aesthetics practice needs stock without beds, and a clinic needs beds without stock. Modules follow your organization — never the other way round. You never pay for a bundled module you don't use.
How do I activate or cancel a module?
Activation goes through your Uli contact and takes effect the same day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month — and no data is deleted: everything is frozen, ready for reactivation.
If I deactivate a user, is the seat freed?
Yes, immediately. You can replace a team member mid-cycle without paying for both.
Why are SMS and storage billed separately?
Because they are real costs that vary between practices. Rather than diluting them into a bundle everyone pays, each practice pays its own consumption — 6 DZD per SMS, in credits bought up front.
Are there discounts?
Yes: −10% for annual billing — standard and automatic. Grid prices are non-negotiable with two exceptions: the inpatient per-bed rate is set on quote (1 200–1 500 DZD/bed), and a discount on SMS credits can be negotiated at serious volume.
