Pricing

What's the starting price?

2,500 DZD / month for a solo practice on Basic, with 1 practitioner included. No setup fee, no hidden charges.

What counts as a "practitioner"?

Any clinician who sees patients: doctor, dentist, midwife, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist. The owner-doctor is the practitioner included in the base plan.

Is the owner-doctor billed separately?

No. Every plan includes 1 practitioner — which can be the owner. A solo practice on Basic pays exactly 2,500 DZD/month, full stop.

What happens when I deactivate a user?

The seat is freed immediately. You can swap a team member mid-cycle without paying for both.

Are there discounts?

Yes, two: −10% on prepaid annual billing, and −15% from the 2nd practice for the same owner.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades go through our team to make sure no critical data is affected.

How does the free trial work?

45-day free trial, no credit card, with the full feature set of your plan. At the end, you decide.

How long does it take to go live?

Four weeks on average: demo (1h), audit (1 wk), setup (2 wks), training and go-live (1 wk).

Do you come on-site?

Yes. In-person demos and training in Oran, Algiers, and Constantine. Video demos for the rest of Algeria.

What about my old system?

We help you migrate your data (Excel, legacy software, scanned notebooks). The old system can run in parallel during the switch.

Security & data

Where is my data stored?

100% in Algeria, on certified data centers in Algiers and Oran. No copy leaves the country.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes — at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Keys are managed locally.

Who can access my data?

You and the users you authorize, according to the roles you define. Our technical team only accesses it on your explicit request, and every access is logged.

What happens if I leave Uli?

Your data is yours. Full export in CSV / PDF anytime, at no cost. Permanent deletion within 30 days of cancellation.

Are you compliant with Algerian regulations?

Yes — retention periods, patient rights, consent (loi n° 18-07 — Algeria's personal-data protection law, ANPDP). Documentation provided for your audits.

Features

Does Uli handle CNAS?

CNAS integration is coming soon — automatic paperwork prep in the right format. In the meantime, billing handles CNAS patients like any other.

Is there a patient app?

Not yet. The patient app (booking, reminders, confirmations) is in active development and will ship to existing clinics at no extra cost.

Can I customize appointment types, durations, templates?

Yes — it's one of Uli's strengths. Almost every field, duration, template, role, or permission is configurable.

Does Uli work on mobile?

Yes — responsive interface tested on tablets and phones. No app to install for staff.
