Can patients book themselves?

The patient app is coming: patients will book from their phone within the slots you open. Today, booking happens at the front desk or by phone.

Does the patient record really create itself?

Yes. On the first appointment, Uli creates the patient record. You never re-type name, phone and date twice.

Are SMS reminders included?

SMS notifications are included from the Pro plan (150 SMS/month) and Business (1 000 SMS/month). Overage is transparent at 5 DZD per SMS, and off by default.

Can I manage several doctors and rooms?

Yes. The calendar handles multiple practitioners and rooms without clashes, with views per person, per room, or global.
