How many SMS are included?

150 per month on the Pro plan, 1 000 per month on the Business plan. The Basic plan does not include SMS notifications.

What happens beyond the quota?

Overage is billed at 5 DZD per SMS, at cost. It's off by default: you switch it on yourself from your dashboard, with no surprise bills.

Can the patient confirm by SMS?

Yes. The patient replies by SMS to confirm or cancel, and the status reflects directly on the appointment.
