Terms of service
Last updated :
These terms govern access to and use of les plateformes Oulitech by healthcare establishments (clinics, medical practices, care centres) and their authorised staff. By creating an account, you accept these terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
Oulitech provides the Clinic with SaaS software for managing appointments, the waiting queue, the calendar, patients, teams, roles, opening hours and activity statistics. The service is accessible from a web browser.
2. Account creation and approval
Any clinic wishing to use the service must sign up through the registration form. The account is initially in pending approval status and only becomes active after manual validation by Oulitech. Oulitech reserves the right to refuse a registration if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the Clinic's activity does not fall within the medical domain.
3. User accounts and roles
The Clinic is responsible for creating, assigning roles to and deactivating its staff accounts. Each user must have their own credentials; account sharing is prohibited. The Clinic undertakes to remove access immediately for any collaborator leaving the establishment.
4. Use of the service
The Clinic undertakes to:
- use the service only within the scope of its lawful medical activity;
- obtain patients' consent before entering their data into the platform;
- enter only accurate, up-to-date information that is strictly necessary for care;
- comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out prohibited behaviours.
5. Health data
The medical data entered (clinical notes, medical history, appointments, patient identifiers) is the exclusive property of the Clinic, which is the data controller within the meaning of loi n° 18-07 of 10 June 2018 (Algerian Personal Data Protection Act). Oulitech acts as data processor. The processing terms are detailed in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
6. Availability of the service
Oulitech uses reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the service. Interruptions may nevertheless occur for scheduled maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure. No formal service level commitment (SLA) is granted outside a specific written contract.
7. Intellectual property
The software, its interface, brand, logo and contents remain the exclusive property of Oulitech. The Clinic obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use limited to the term of its subscription. No reproduction, decompilation, reverse engineering or scraping of the platform is permitted.
8. Liability
Oulitech is under a best-efforts obligation and shall not be held liable for:
- medical decisions, diagnoses or treatments based on data displayed in the platform — clinical liability lies exclusively with the Clinic's healthcare professionals;
- data losses resulting from misuse by the Clinic's staff (accidental deletion, incorrect entry);
- indirect damages, loss of opportunity or commercial losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time on thirty (30) days' notice. In the event of a serious breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy, Oulitech may suspend or terminate the account immediately. The Clinic has a period of thirty (30) days after termination to export its data; after that period, data is deleted under the conditions set out in the DPA.
10. Changes to the terms
Oulitech may update these terms to reflect legal or functional developments. Any material change will be notified to the Clinic by email or via a banner in the interface, at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Oulitech, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
