les plateformes Oulitech uses a limited number of local storage mechanisms that are strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookie is set.
1. Types of storage used

2. Analytics
a. The les plateformes Oulitech application — internal measurement only (Umami)
Oulitech operates an analytics tool self-hosted on its infrastructure in Algeria (Umami). This tool records pages viewed and certain key actions in the interface. It has the following characteristics:
- No cookie is set. The tool uses a daily session identifier generated by technical hashing (IP + browser), non-reversible and changing every day.
- The URLs sent are normalised on the client side: patient identifiers, appointment identifiers and any other sensitive element are replaced with a generic label before being sent.
- Data remains hosted in Algeria, on the same infrastructure as the platform.
- No third-party analytics provider is involved on the application.
b. The public marketing website — Vercel Web Analytics
The public marketing website (separate from the application) additionally uses Vercel Web Analytics. This measurement is cookieless, produces only aggregate page and visit counts, and collects no personal data and no patient data and no cross-site tracking. It applies only to the public marketing pages and never applies to the les plateformes Oulitech application.
3. What we do not use
The les plateformes Oulitech application does not contain:
- any third-party analytics tool (Google Analytics, Matomo Cloud, Hotjar, etc.);
- advertising or retargeting cookies;
- social-network trackers;
- behavioural profiling scripts;
- user session recording (session replay).
4. User control
You may clear your browser's local storage at any time via its privacy settings. Note that deleting the authentication token will sign you out and require you to sign in again.
5. Future changes
If in the future we introduce tools subject to consent, we will put in place an explicit banner allowing the user to accept or refuse before anything is set.
